What we collect
When you buy a pack: your email, company name (optional), and payment confirmation from our payment provider — we never see or store card numbers. When a team member uses their upload link: their selfies, and optionally their name. When you request a free sample: your name, email, and the photo link you share.
What the photos are used for
Uploaded selfies are used for exactly one thing: training the AI model that generates that person’s headshots. They are never used to train shared or third-party models, never sold, and never shown to anyone except our reviewer preparing that person’s gallery.
How long things are kept
Source selfies and training files are deleted automatically 30 days after delivery. Finished headshot galleries stay available for 90 days so your team can download them. Order records are kept for accounting.
Who processes data for us
Polar (payments, as merchant of record), Supabase (database), Cloudflare R2 (photo storage), fal.ai (AI image processing), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). Each receives only what its job requires.
